Terms of Sale
These terms govern the sale of goods through this website to consumers.

Buyer: The name, address and contact details supplied at checkout.
Subject: The sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically, whose characteristics and price are set out on its product page.
Delivery: Goods are dispatched to the address supplied at checkout. In practice delivery takes 2–4 working days and never more than 30 days from order confirmation.
Payment: Payment is taken by card through our payment provider. Card details are never stored by the seller.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and without penalty.
To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused and in resaleable condition. Boxes whose seed packet has been opened or sown cannot be returned, by their nature.
Send your cancellation notice in writing to [email]. The purchase price is refunded within 14 days of us receiving the notice.
Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. Where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost.
Germination guarantee: If you followed the video course and the seed did not germinate, we will send replacement seed free of charge.
